About temperature records in the capital

The Borys Sreznevsky Central Geophysical Observatory reports that, according to observations by the Kyiv Unified Hydrometeorological Station, three air temperature records were recorded in the capital on August 6 for this date.
The minimum air temperature did not fall below 25.3°C, which is 4.1°C higher than the previous record for this day in 2023.
The maximum air temperature was the highest during the observations for this date and was 39.0°C, which exceeded the previous record of 2010 by 2.7°C.
The average daily air temperature was the highest during the observations and was 31.5°C, which exceeded the previous record of 2010 by 2.8°C, and the climatic norm by 9.4°C.
