Brief climatic characteristics of November

The average monthly temperature will be 0-4° Celsius, with 5-9° Celsius in some places in Transcarpathia and the south of the country.

The absolute minimum temperature is 15-24° Celsius, in the northern, eastern, Dnipropetrovska, Zaporizka regions and in mountainous areas 25-31°, in the south of Crimea and Odesa region 8-13° Celsius, the absolute maximum is 6-24° Celsius, in Chernivtsi, Zakarpatska, central, southern regions and in Crimea 25-29° Celsius.

November is a transitional month from fall to winter. The pre-winter season begins after the average daily temperature steadily drops below +5°, mainly in the first (and second in Zakarpattia and the south of the country) decade of November, and in the northeast and Carpathians in late October.

The average monthly rainfall is 35-63 mm, in the Carpathians, the Crimean mountains and Transcarpathia in some places 70-108 mm (up to 135 mm in the highlands), in Luhansk and Dnipropetrovs'k regions, in the Carpathian region and in the south of the country in some places 29-34 mm.
