Temperature records in the capital continue
According to the observations of the weather station of the Borys Sreznevsky Central Geophysical Observatory, two temperature records were recorded in the capital on April 11.
The minimum air temperature did not fall below 14.7°C, which is 3.1°C higher than the previous record for this day in 1977.
The average daily air temperature was the highest on record for this day and amounted to 18.6°C, which exceeded the previous record figure for 2018 by 1.3°C. According to long-term indicators, this air temperature corresponds to June 5.
Since the beginning of the month, climatologists have already recorded 13 temperature records.
